Can Jotform create contacts out from the existing submissions to Insightly CRM?

Hi there,

Can Jotform create insightly crm contacts from forms already submitted, or does it only work upon submission of a form that is set up for integration?  The example would be we have many already submitted forms that we would want to create contacts without having to "resubmit" the forms.

It's not possible in our Insightly integration. What you can do is to export the data from your Jotform form and import it manually to Insightly. They support Excel and CSV import. Here are their guides with regards to importing a file:

Thanks! It does appear that a single edit to an existing submission will
also trigger the integration to Insightly. Not sure if that is easier or

Well, that is the easiest if you mean that editing one submission will also trigger the others. If not, the export/import is recommended.
