To my current understanding it seems that you are saying you are having a problem with the unique id widget that generates the varied alphanumeric id's for your reference field.
Upon checking this further it appears to be normal on my end.
Is this still a problem on your end? Try dialing the number up a couple digits past your most recent.
And are your referring to it being the same unique id three times in a row or is it just the number 3?

Yes I understand, but the person who received the email shows
[image: Inline image 1]
And this is for the person who register as PayPal... (once I have confirmed
the registration, the registration number changed)
Normal? or ab normal?
Thank you
Wendy

If I understand correctly, while on the Incomplete Payments folder, the Registration Number shows as 3 instead of CIS003? But then when you complete it, the Registration Number changes to the correct value?
Please allow me to inform you that this is the expected behavior for the Unique ID widget. The Unique ID is only generated after the submission has been received to the submissions page. Incomplete or pending payments are not treated as actual submissions yet, so the Unique ID that you saw will show up as 3 (not the actual ID).
In the example below, the Registration Number shows up as 5.
But once you complete a pending submission, it will now be treated as an actual submission, and as such the correct Unique ID will now be generated. The ID that will be generated will be the next increment value. As seen in the example below, the ID generated is CIS006, since it is the next increment value when the submission was completed.
Please note that completing a submission will not process any payment, as there was no payment to begin with. The system will simply treat the submission as an actual submission so that email alerts can be triggered as usual.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Regards.
