    Why email notifications are not being sent to default email address as assigned?

    I've checked our bounce list, there doesn't appear to be any issues here. I've checked that the email address where the notifications should go to is correct, it is. 


    I've also checked our Spam folder but they aren't in there so I don't know what else to do to correct this issue.


    Any help would be appreciated.

    I checked emails associated with your forms and found out that email address HGB.Careers@swissport.com is in Bounce list and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.

    I removed your email from our Bounce list so your submissions should go through. I checked other emails as well, but they were not in the Bounce list.

    I'm not sure which email you were checking before, but that one was in the Bounce list.

    I would advise you to check this guide on how to prevent this issues.
