Date Picker Widget not showing up on published form

    I am using the date picker widget for a few fields on my form and the date detector os not showing up in the published form.

    I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I opened your form in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. The Date Picket is showing correctly. Here's a screenshot:

    May I know what browser are you using? Can you please try to check if the widget will appear on another browser or not.

    If this form is embedded on a website, please try to re-embed it using the Iframe method. This will prevent script conflicts between the webpage and the form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
