Forms not sending email notifications

    None of the forms under our account is sending email notifications. I have tested them using noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com as the sender, and nothing. 

    We have also setup some conditionals that change the notification recipients but the from doesn't work even when I disable the conditionals, so I know the conditionals are not the issue either.

    I have checked junk mail and spam folder and theres nothing to be found.

    Please let me know what could be the issue since it doesn't seem to be on our side.

    I have checked your JotForm email history log and see that emails are being sent without any issues. It seems that the conditions set on the form is affecting the email notifications to be sent. Please be noted that the email notifications with conditions will be sent only if the set conditions are true. I have tried adding a new notification to your JotForm and submitted the form. I see that the email notifications are sent without any issue.

    I have also checked all the email addresses in our bounce list and they are not listed there. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    I disabled the conditionals and still no notifications ... There is an email as default and then the conditionals that should only change this email if one of the conditions is met, but if not, it should go to the default email set on the form .. isn't that the way it's supposed to work?

    Sadly, no that's not how it's supposed to work. As mentioned by my colleague:

    Please be noted that the email notifications with conditions will be sent only if the set conditions are true.

    This is also shown on each of the conditions you add when changing Email Recipients:
