Confirmation email

    Hello,

     

    I was wondering if it was possible that the customer can receive a confirmation email when they fill the form saying that we received the form and we will reply shortly.

    Yes, it is possible to send confirmation email to the person who completed your form. You just need to create an Autoresponder email. Please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.
