    Try removing all your current css codes and then paste this:

    /*--textbox, textarea size--*/

    .form-textbox, .form-textarea {

    width: 220px;

    /*--move Urmatorul button to the right--*/

    margin-left: 420px;

    /*--adjust dropdown size--*/

    width: 232px !important;

    margin-left: 140px;

    #id_44 {

    margin-left: 255px;

    text-align: center;

    #id_38 .form-checkbox-item{

    width: 195px !important;

    width: 210px !important;

    text-align: center;

    /*--fixed overlapped date inputs*/

    width: 156px !important;

    #month_27, #year_27{

     width: 155px !important;

    This codes are just based on your screens. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need something else. Thanks!
