Form preview freezes

I have a fairly long form with several conditions and now it freezes every time when I hit preview. The preview screen loads where I can see the form and link and open to new tab, but I can't click anywhere. Typing in the link manually, it doesn't load either. I've been stuck for about a week. No error message but when using Chrome it says the page has become unresponsive. I've tried different browsers too. Please help.

I also could not load your form https://form.jotform.com/62750563965162 on my browser. It actually crashes my browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

I could not do anything to test and review your form on the Form Builder at this time.

Base on the existing submissions on the form, I think there were a lot of conditions setup on the form.

The field numbers on the form is not that many... so it must be the condition rules/scripts that was causing the loading issue.

I suggest you manage the fields of the form and create another version without the conditions on them. You can do this by duplicating the form to another empty blank form using the Field Manager App
