If I delete the old picture upload implementation will I lose all previously submitted pictures?

    Hi,

     

    Saw a post about a new way to upload pictures today. We have implemented a previous wget to upload pictures. If we delete the old way to upload pictures will it delete the picture data already uploaded? There was an alert screen that mentioned that so want to make sure we will not lose old uploaded pictures prior to implementing the new system.

    YES.

    Deleting the field on the form will also delete the submission data that uses that field. 

    To be safe, if you really want to change the old field you use, download first the submission data so you can have a backup copy of it.

    We do not keep another copy of form submissions on our end. If the submission is deleted, we will not be able to recover/restore it anymore.
