Why the file uploads are being sent as links instead of attachments in the notifications?

    Hi,

    We have been receiving applications whereas the attachments have been uploaded within the application itself using the upload field feature.  The issue/problem that we are experiencing is that for some reason instead of delivering us the actual PDF attachments that were submitted, we are receiving JotForm hyperlinks to download the forms.  These instances seem to vary so we are not sure why on some submissions we receive the actual PDF attachments, and on other files we just receive the Jotform hyperlinks.  We have verified that each application "emails" are set to "send uploads as attachments," and the "PDF attachment" options are turned on, however we are unsure why this continues to occur, as we would like any attachments that are uploaded to be forwarded to us as a pdf.  Thank-you for your assistance, and I look forward to your feedback.

    Please be noted that we can only send up to 15MB of file attachments through the emails. This is due to most of the email service providers limit the attachments depending on their services and subscription plans. Could you check if the files uploaded in the submissions that are received as URLs in the notification are more than 15MB?

    Also, please note that the PDF attachment option will attach a PDF copy of the submission to your email and it is not linked with the other option Send uploads as attachments.
