Can I change my username?

Hi there, my username is bholgate and I'm wanting to change it to nswwaratahs. Someone just tried to create a short url and because this is a business account, it looks unprofessional to have bholgate appear in the url,

I would simply cancel this account and start a new one but it wouldn't carry over the forms we've created.

Please let me know if this is possible?

Hello Ben,

"bholgate" is not a correct username. For security reasons, I would suggest you to please sign in to your JotForm account and then send us a message, we will change your account username.
