Why is jotform requiring mapped fields from Zoho crm that don't exist?

    I have created the custom fields in zoho CRM and am ready to start mapping my jotform fields.  However, jotform is requiring that I map two fields to begin with that aren't require fields and one that isn't even an existing field in zoho crm.  See here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/86a6lfq62sma9qt/Screenshot%202016-10-17%2021.33.00.png?dl=0  The other fields seem to map just fine.

    These fields on Leads are required for the integration with JotForm to run properly, this is why these fields are mandatory to be mapped on the integration. 

    Perhaps what you need is to integrate it under Contacts instead which do not need these fields but just the full name.
