Can I go back to the old Payment Wizard UI?

    Your templates for editing a form has changed and I did not ask for the change. Can I go back to the previuos set up?

    Based on the screenshot you included on your post, I assume you're referring to the new Payment Wizard UI. This has been rolled out to 100% of all JotForm users, including you. And it's something like a UI revamp and was expected to happen on any SaaS-based platform.

    Sadly this isn't something we ask or request for. We tend to roll out updates that will be beneficial to the majority of users. If you find the new UI a bit confusing, we're just here to help clear your doubts. Just open a new thread so we can assist you.

    Nonetheless, if you prefer the old one, you can still revert back by appending &old to the URL.


    In case you change your mind and wanted to use the new one, just clear your browser's cache and cookies then log back in to your JotForm Account.
