Email Bounces

    I have removed myself from the bounce list twice now. I've done test emails to ensure my notifications are working. However, once I reset it, eventually I am not being notified of my forms. Can you help? I've read about sending forms from my email provider, but I have an exchange account and do not know how to set this up.

    We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing. 

    When I checked your account, it is seen that you have only one form which is this form. I also checked if the recipient e-mail set in notification was in bounce list or not but it was not. It haven't been bounced again after you had removed it, I guess. 

    If you do not want your e-mail bounce again, we normally suggest whitelist our IP addresses and use your own SMTP which is the thing you have already searched.  However, Our Ip addresses keep constantly changing. That's why, my best recommendation could be to use your own SMTP setting. I'm attaching the related user guide here below. You may have a look it.
