Under the free plan limit of 5 forms - is this 5 forms at any one time - or 5 created forms.

Say I want to update a form each month, and do this by creating a new one and deleting the old one.  Does this count as just one form?

The 5 form limit refers to forms that are active on your account. If you have 5 forms in your account, then you will not be able to create new forms, but you will still be able to edit the current forms that you have. If you have 5 forms in your account and you want to create a new form, you will first have to delete one old form to make space for a new one. You can also choose to upgrade to a higher plan to create more forms.
