Why I cannot get notification email?

    Hello, I would like to ask why haven't got an emails from my form to my email? The email where I must get every mail from jotform is orders@telematic-bg.com. I don't get emails there for some time.

    I checked your notifier email orders@telematic-bg.com. It was in our bounce list and I removed it from the bounce list. Please, try it again and if the issue persists please feel free to let us know.

    Also, you can check your email whether it is bouncing or not and remove your email if it is in bounce list. Please, follow the guide: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List
