Form doesn't work

    I have placed form and it was working for many days and now screenas below  appears. I have tried on different computers and locations and its the same. 

    This site can’t provide a secure connection

    form.jotformeu.com sent an invalid response.

     

    Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

    I did a test submission on your form (https://form.jotformeu.com/62813146777362) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. I was able to submit the form properly.

    Can you try again and see if you will now be able to submit the form properly? Have you embedded your form to your website? If you have embedded your form to your website, please provide us the exact URL where you have embedded your form, so we can further investigate the issue.
