I'm no longer able to access a form I created through an account linked to Dropbox.

    I created a form by logging in through the DropBox connection dealie (jotform.com/dropbox/). I have since logged out and WAS able to log back in by connecting to dropbox again through that same link and then going to the My Forms page. However, I no longer seem to be able to log in and view the form.

    Form ID: 21163995977167 is on a guest account. Please create a Free Account for you to manage all your forms. Make sure to use the same email address so that all forms from your guest account will automatically be transfered to your free account.
