    My form emails are showing the same person in my iPad

    I have a 'sign-up' registration form, accessed from a pub's website, whose replies appear differently on PC and iPad. On PC, they come from 'noreply@jotform.com' but the same will come up on iPad as from 'fred olsen', which I remember typing in when setting up the form for some stupid reason. Trouble is that I cannot find that field or title in my form any where. Can you help or explain please?  The form is called 'George Sign Up Form'.

    You have selected the Name Field in the form as the sender name. This field is not required so if someone submits and skip this name field, the sender part will only show noreply@jotform.com. I think the name Fred Olsen was saved on your iPad. Since the sender is the same (noreply@jotform.com), every email comes with the same name although they are different. You may consider removing Fred Olsen from the contact list in your iPad then make your name field required. This way, everything is unique.
