Help - My conditions aren't behaving properly

Asked by lindsey80 on May 02, 2012 at 11:14 AM

Hi, i've found the answer for this, but it's not working properly.  If the Sytle is selected to Silver, then Bride & Groom Name field should be hidden and the rules say that they are, same applies to Ruby, Diamond and Golden??

    Any Ideas?  Thanks

Hi, Is there a way to hide or show multiple fields in conditions.  I can't seem to see how to do it, as far as I can see you can only do this for one filed.

    I.e.

    Style (Dropdown)

only shows certain fields to filled in?

    Thanks

Solved it, I created duplicate conditions for different styles.  It was confusing it!

Glad you are able to resolve it. Oftentimes conflicting conditions will cause it not to work.

I have another problem now.  I use your forms on ebay and it's normally just a matter of removing the script tags to be able to use them on there.  I am assuming I am unable to use the conditions in this instance? *crying*

If you don't donwload the full source code, the form will be into our servers, meaning that the conditions should work

Let us know if it was not possible
