Why can't I create another form?

I only have four forms in "My Forms" buit the software won't let me create a fifth one.

Please advise.

Several of the forms that are archived are still active.  The total active forms shows as 22.  Try disabling the archived forms to see if that will allow for creating another form.  If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
