Error? API limit exceeded

    I am being told that I have exceeded my API limit but I am not sure how that is possible and I see no information in my account the backs up that I have exceeded it. I have received two emails about it, yesterday and today.

    It looks like there is an Android app connected via API.  If possible, change the refresh time of whatever app is connected so that your submission data is checked less frequently.  I reset your API counter but did not see any issues with large amounts of API calls at this time.
