How to add new sender email in notifier?

When adding or editing a notification return address (email), the form, in this case the German version, will not allow selecting "+Add new email address" and actually entering a new one.

The option is actually there, it is just not obvious I guess, you have to scroll down a bit. Please follow this guide:
