Thanks! A followup question - do you have a partner program?

Unfortunately, JotForm does not have a partner program. 

What we have at the moment is a Get More option which is available in your my accounts page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore.

You get an increase in your form submissions limit permanently when you spread JotForm over the internet or refer/invite friends to use the service
