Submission storage

Why does it say I'm out of submission storage when I have no submissions stored?  Does this look at the lifetime of the account?  And do I really need to upgrade if I have a form on my site to store any additional submissions?

Free users are limited to a total of 500 submissions in their account. For every submission exceeding the 500 will cause for the oldest submission in the account to be removed.

I checked your account and you have 503 total submissions. You don't have to upgrade your account if you don't mind deleting your submissions. I checked your trash folder and I noticed all the forms with submissions. Please purge the forms in your Trash folder but please keep in mind that once you have deleted the forms it is not recoverable.
