We are not receiving eSignature in submission emails.

We don’t receive the electronic signature in any form. Can that come to us as a graphic embedded in the email confirmation we receive?

I cloned your form to test it and the signature is being included in the email notification:

The signature is included as an image in the email so make sure your email client can view images in the body of emails.

The form goes to: NRTours@tcava.com. From this email, we are not getting the graphic. Our web designer (Mia) who tested it too which is the sender email seen in the attached screenshot is getting the signature just as you are, but we are not getting the signature. Please advise asap, thank you.
