Not receiving email submissions

    Hi. I'm not receiving email submissions. I'm using the ios app as a workaround, but really need to get the forms via email. Can you help me figure out what the problem might be?

    Hello Paige,

    Your mail server just started rejecting emails coming from Jotform with the following reason:

         Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 : Recipient address

    For this reason, your email addresses landed in our bounce list. This is a measure by the system in order to protect its reputation from being marked as spam for instances of sending emails to a server that tells Jotform to not send emails anymore.

    I have now remoced your email addresses from the bounce list so it should try sending email alerts again to your email addresses. However, in order to properly fix the issue and prevent the problem from happening again, you may want to contact your email service provider for domain and ask them to have the IP addresses and domains whitelisted from this list:
