Hello,
Someone filling out our form received a "bad gateway" upon hitting submit. I do not have their submission or any record of it. Is this an issue on our end or on Jotform's end?

Unfortunately, that was most likely a short server side issue on our end. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused.
We will keep monitoring the service to make sure that everything is operating normally.
