Getting a "502 Wrong Gateway" error

    on multiple forms after attempts to submit

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It maybe a temporary issue from our side.

    But so far, I do not see any reported similar issue at this time. I test submitted forms for the past 30mins and they were all going just fine.

    Can you please check again. Let us know if issue still persist for you.
