After submitting my completed report (4 hrs long) only 1/4 (1 hrs) was saved after the bad gateway error appeared. Please help me find the whole jotform. Email me a response please. email@example.com

Can you please tell us what is the URL of your form. We will check further once we identify which form have the issue.
