Adding more than one form to facebook

I would like to add more than one form to my facebook page,  I need for them to be on two different tabs.  Not on the same tab. Because I want to put two different links on my facebook pages.  One going to one form and one going to the other how do I do this.

Right now when I click on my page and click on the notification list then on the jotform tab I see both forms.  How to I fix this

Since you want to add multiple form on the FB page via multiple FB tabs, you will need to utilize a different tool for it. Try using the Custom iFrame App of FB instead.

Go to you Facebook page and search for "Static HTML: iframe tabs" or visit this link: https://apps.facebook.com/static_html_plus/

Click the button on the image below and follow the rest of the guide. 

Take note that your initial main objective is to be able to add multiple tabs on your FB page. Because you will use these tabs to add the form on each.
