PHP error

Hello,

When I upload my website http://www.optionvip.ca/etude-dadmissibilite.html

I get the 2 following warnings:

2 Warnings

Connection to PHP file failed. Unable to check if this web server supports PHP needed by Muse forms. Be sure the site URL entered in the FTP upload dialog is correct.

Unexpected HTML response to PHP query. Be sure the site URL entered in the FTP upload dialog is correct, and PHP is configured correctly on your web server. Contact your hosting provider or website administrator about how to configure PHP support.

The site is created with Adobe Muse CC and hosted with GoDaddy. I called GoDaddy yesterday and they said everything was OK on their end. However, we are still not receiving emails from this form. I do see that they are coming in on the JotForm site. Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong? Thank you.

Can you please try first doing a re-embed process. That is, 

#1 Remove the embedded form https://www.jotform.ca/form/52385840830255  on your  website 

#2 Get the form Iframe publish code instead.

#3 Add the form back to your website using instead its Iframe publish code.

Test and check again.

Let us know if this process did not resolve the issue.

Hello, First of all I didn't even know I could embed an iframe. I deleted the form and embedded the iframe publish code instead and it is still giving me the same error message. Any thoughts of what is still happening?

The error and warning which you are getting are not related to Jotform. Those warnings, may be because of some server configuration issue, or some comparability or coding issue of Adobe Muse. So I would suggest you to discuss the issue with your server or Adobe muse support team.
