    I have a form and is not sending

    Unfortunately I am unable to access your website as it seems to be down at the moment.

    If it is not down, based on the URL, is the form embedded on an intranet? Please allow me to inform you that the form requires an outside internet connection to submit the submission data to your jotform account. This may be why your form gets stuck on "Please Wait" when trying to submit.

    If the form is embedded online and not on an intranet, you can try using the iFrame embed code to prevent any conflicts from causing issues with your form. Here's our guide on Getting the form iFrame code
