The auto respond is more important right now.
Is there some way I can check the logs to see which auto responders are failing. ? Is there some way I can manually forward the auto responder email not being sent ?

Yes you can check the sent email history logs on your account in the Form Builder.

Check the user guide on how to: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

Unfortunately for the failed email, the only way you can forward them is by manually doing so. You will need to use your own email application to do it.

Since you can review the email history logs, you can just copy paste the details to the email you will send/forward outside the Form Builder.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the details, I have reviewed the instructions and they are helpful, however the report information is not ideal.

While it lists all the emails, you have to check and open each individual email to see which ones have a status of SENT or FAILED.

It must be possible to show the status of the email as either SENT or FAILED at the list level - thus saving having to dig into potentially thousands of email to find the 1 (one) that failed.

Seem like it would be a huge benefit to all users to have this change implemented.

    Thanks.

I am not sure if I understand correctly about the report that you are referring to. The email history log will be displaying the status of each email in the report itself and it is not required to open each message.

If you are referring to something different, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
