I'd like to have a field on the form that I could add a one time email address. So that when that one form gets filled out, it will send a copy of that form to that address.

I still want the form to go to all the regular email address's, but for just that one form, go to a specific address.

eg. All my forms get sent to me. However, one time a person wants a copy.

    Is that possible?

Yes this is possible to achieve using our form. Follow the steps below.

#1 Enable Unique Question submission on the form.

    User guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

The unique question field should be the E-mail field in your form.

#2 Add the Autoresponder E-mail on your form so that the user will be able to receive the submission email to the email address they will provide (in the E-mail field)

    User guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

The rule here is, as long as the submission exist in the form that uses the email address of the user, the same user will not be able to submit the form if they will use the same email address again.

Let us know if this did not work for you.

    Thanks.

I just found that you also have another thread about the same question which was resolved already.
