I cloned a form, renamed it and modified it. I added an email address and now the "Test" email function does not send emails to my recipient list. I exited Jot form, and filled out the form from outside the application. It sent the "submission received" message and sent the sender a copy of the submission perfectly. But the notification emails did not come through?
I did have 8 forms, exceeding the 5 allowable, so I deleted 3 forms, and tried it again with the same results, no notification emails. My other forms and the one I cloned this form from work just fine..
Feeling a bit puzzled
Love this product, working our way up to using it more & more!!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I found your email address c####@d###ot.com in bounce list. Which was the reason the email were not getting through.
I have fixed this now and removed the blocked email in the list. New incoming email should get through.
Please check and test again. Let us know if issue still persist.
