My account says the form was disabled...

I was blocked because of "phishing" a couple of months ago, which I was flagged but was not the case.  The support removed this block and the item "flagging" the system was removed. I have been trying to send out my form (which I edited and I don't believe it breaks any terms) but it is being blocked when I send.

The account was disabled due to the form One Time Payment Authorization which is collecting credit card information using plain text fields. I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

If you need to receive any payments through JotForm, it is required to use one of the payment integrations available in the form builder.

I have removed the guilty fields from the form and activated your account. You may now login to your account and see the forms normally. Please refrain from adding such fields to your forms to avoid any further suspensions.

    Thank you!
