    Hi!

One of our customers is having a problem with opening attached pdfs in notification mails, but as he said the problem is only occuring within two forms and only sometimes.

The pdfs IDs are 51104341767349 and 51104263617346.

Both of them uses notification and autoresponder mails on submissions. So when our customer receives a new submission, he will get a notification mail with a pdf attachment of the submission data. When they try to open the pdf, the will see (sometimes) this error message:

Error when trying to open attached pdf in notification mail Image 1 Screenshot 20

The customer can check the submitted data in the reports (yes, they receive the data but the attached pdf seems to be broken) but as you can imagin the customer prefers to use the attached pdfs.

I made some research and found https://www.jotform.com/answers/926136. Adding the {pdf-link} to be able to download the pdf is not what we are looking for.

Please also check your inbox, I've forwarded two examples of "broken" pdfs to support@jotform.com. The mail subject is the URL of this thread.

Thanks and have a nice day.

I have checked your form http://jotform.com/form/51104341767349  and http://jotform.com/form/51104263617346. But I am not able to see any issue in the forms.

Earlier we were facing some temporary technical issue, but our Developers already fixed the issue. So I would request you please try to check it again.

I have also cleared your Form's cache. So now, you should not receive the error. If you still face issue, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.

    Thank you!

We are facing this problem again. This time our customer is able to open the attached PDF's in notification mails but the PDF is just empty (Blank except the form-name and submission date).

The problem is this form: http://jotform.com/form/51104341767349

Please also check your inbox, I've forwarded an example of the "broken" pdf to support@jotform.com. The mail subject is the URL of this thread.

    Thanks for your help
