Email notification of new forms keeps stopping. We contact you - you then repair it and within a day or two it stops again. This is not good enough and we need a permanent fix to this urgently.

I've checked your account and I've seen that your email email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive any email notification . I've removed your email from our bounce list.
So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
Moreover, you can remove any email from our bounce list as you can see the following link : https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
