    Conditional emails are not being sent.

    I have a form that we use and the emails have been going out well until recently and they are no longer going out like they are supposed to...

     

    the one I am trying in particular is where "Approved = Yes" I used to have to send to several people but just to test i changed it to send it to my email and it hasnt come through yet.

    Hello Derek,

    I did test your form two times and and the conditional submission email you have in your form seems to have triggered without any problem. In both the occasions, the submission email was send successfully. Please check the email logs below:

    Please check your email inbox and let us know if you have received the submission emails or not. 

    I would suggest you to please let us know your workflow for us to be able to understand the issue better. Do you approve the submission in the first instance when the form is submitted or you edit the submission to approve it. If you edit the submission, I would suggest you to please edit you form's notification email alert and enable the "Send on Edit" setting. That should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to enable "Send on Edit" option:

    I think that may have been it. Do you have a better system for a teacher submitting an application for tuition reimbursement? The idea is that the super then go into edit and puts in his code which then pops up the field to approve.
