A sub user om my account cant see the submissions to the form, that she has been given access to edit and view subsmission. The only thing she can see in subsmissions is the first field with IP adreess..the rest is empty.
What is wrong oans how can I correct it?

This is most likely happening because the "Europe Datacenter" option is not enabled on your account. Here is how to enable it:
Go to your https://eu.jotform.com/myaccount/data page. Enable the option here:
For the sub-accounts to see the data properly, this option should also be enabled on their accounts too. Please check this and see if the issue still persists.
