Could anyone help out - is there a way to set up an autoresponder to be sent on the date chosen by a respondent?

Say a form has a "date" field and then autoresponder would send a reminder to the respondent on the date they have chosen.

    Thank you for your help!

Unfortunately its not yet possible at this time.

I checked the Send Email Later feature of Autoresponder E-mail, but there is just no option yet to use dynamic date base on the user input i.e. Date from the form field.

The most you can do for now is to provide your own static date on the Email template.

I will submit a feature request ticket that can achieve this to the higher team.

We will let you know here for any news/updates on the status when available.

    Thank you.

We do not have update yet on this requested feature. Please understand that it is a feature not yet available.

So depending on the number of users that will be requesting and the importance of the functionality, the availability of the feature may take a while.

There is a new developed feature about this. You can use a form date field to set the email date.

Date fields in your form is listed in above mentioned Send Emails Later setting as such:

    This makes email date dynamic.
