Can I add more than one form to my facebook page

Yes, that's possible but it would require using third-party iframe apps since our built-in Facebook app does not support it.

In the mid part of the guide, you'll find the steps for "Adding Another Tab to your Facebook Page (Multiple Tabs)". So basically, when you add multiple tabs on your Facebook page, you will be able to embed another form.
