Photo upload error

Hello,

I have two users that are getting errors when they try to upload photos.  The error says "File size cannot be bigger than:  0 kb".  I have turned off file size limits on those form fields and not all of the users are getting this error.  Please let me know what is going on.

I have checked your form, but I am not able to see any issue in your form. I have also made test submission on your form. And successfully uploaded all the images without any issue.

I have uploaded .JPG format image of 3 KB:

Can you please let us know the image type (extension), and the image size, which you are trying to upload.

I have also cleared your Form's cache, so please try to check it again, and let us know if you still face the issue.

Hi thank you for your assistance.  I just upped the max file size to 10 MB and it seems to be fine now.  Under max file size originally it said 0 KB so I'm guessing when I thought I was shutting off the file size limits, I actually just gave it a value of zero.  Thanks again.

Thanks for sharing the details. As now you have already updated the max file size to 10 MB, so now you will not get that file upload error.
