Allow higher staff to approve submissions on edit mode

I think that may have been it. Do you have a better system for a teacher submitting an application for tuition reimbursement? The idea is that the super then go into edit and puts in his code which then pops up the field to approve.

If you, the form owner, wants to edit the user's submissions data like adding an approval status, you can do that in your form submissions page. Here's a guide http://www.jotform.com/help/194-How-to-Add-a-Submissions-Status.
