Drag and Drop Upload Widget: Upload progress stops at some point on Firefox browserAsked by etaxcenter on October 19, 2016 at 12:05 PM
It appears in both the latest version of Firefox and Internet Explorer that the drag and drop uploader is broken. I drag the file to the uploader and click "Begin Upload" and it goes through the motions of animating the progress bar but it never finishes the upload. I can click "Cancel" and start the process over again but it never seems to finish.
The error I'm getting in dev tools is as follows:
ReferenceError: reponse is not defined - scripts.min.js:1:20231
In the latest version of Google Chrome the uploader appears to work just fine.
Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce the problem on Firefox. I am getting the same error in the console log.
While it is working fine on Chrome
I have now raised this to our developers for a resolution. You will be informed here once this is resolved.
We've fixed the drag and drop widgets - it should work as expected on Firefox without incident.
Please check and let us know.
