How to add timer on each page of a multi-page form?

My form has 8 pages, so I need 8 timers. Each page need to be seen for either 30 seconds or 10 mins etc. So need 8 different timers for 8 pages. But the global timer adds the timer to the whole form. So kindly help ASAP

    Hello TVRLS,

Do you mean to say that you want to add one timer in each page of your multi-page form and want to display each page for only 30 seconds?

Please note that Global timer widget works with entire form and not on each page. You can add "Timer" widget in your form and add condition to show/hide form fields or skip pages but the only issue is that the condition will not trigger without any event or click on next button to skip page. Let me test this and get back to you if I am able to find any workaround.

    Thank you!

Yes exactly, I want timer to trigger the page change automatically, otherwise there is no use of Timer which enforces a manual trigger and waits until the Next key is pressed, we eventually are going to press Next so why Timer.

May I suggest you just hide the current page when the timer expires in that page using conditions? Then, just show the next set of fields that serves as the next page of your form also using conditions.

    Below is a sample form:

    https://form.jotform.com/62942386457972

In page 1, Test 1 expires when it reached 30 seconds and move to the next page where it has Test 2. Same with page 1, page 2 expires and move to the next page, page 3, when its timer reaches 30 seconds. Then, when the timer in page 3 expires it moves to the page where you can submit the form.

I suggest you check the form and clone it so you can inspect it more.

    Hello Ashwin and Mike,

Very much thankful for your prompt help. I appreciate your work and have implemented. But the problem is the conditions when put in the collapse forms containing more than 3 collapse do not work properly.

So I created a combination of collapse and pages for the same. NOW the DATA IS NOT GETTING RECORDED WHEN A PERSON INPUTS INTO TEXT AREA.

    Any say on this?

Am not able to figure out the problem. The pdf contains the timer and the timer extensions and front page details only.

Hey,I could figure out the solution. Thank you very much for the back end design too. I was just baffled about the settings page where to search for. While submitting it was deleting the hidden field, so I went to the Preference Settings and selected the option for NOT CLEARING THE CONTENT OF HIDDEN FIELDS WHILE SUBMITTING.

THANKS FOR HELP ANYWAY, MIKE AND ASHWIN.
