Ability to edit (crop, move, zoom, etc) the uploaded image to the form?

I am trying to create a form whereby a user has the option to upload an image.  Ideally I would like the user to be able to "move" the image around as it needs to be set at a particular resolution.

    So Ideally

    A) Zoom in and Out

    B) move the image around in a window based on a set dimension

I appreciate that this may not be possible - but thought I would ask the community if anyone knows how something similar maybe achieved.

For example - maybe the user can upload an image and the form can just display the image in those set dimensions by either stretching or centering for example.

If you image the user is creating a birthday card, and the set image size is 200x100.  The user may upload an image of 350x220 - however I am only interested in 200x100 of it?

Ie functions to upload an image - crop and move?

Ive inculuded of a URL of a plug for html with the sort of thing I am looking for>

    http://slimimagecropper.com/#drag-drop-crop

    Any ideas welcome.  Thanks

Unfortunately, we do not have any widgets that match your requirements to edit the uploaded image. However, let me forward the thread to our backend team to evaluate the feature. I cannot guarantee that the feature request will be accepted for implementation or cannot provide any ETA to implement. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

You may download the full source code of the form and add the Slim Image Cropper to the form. This might need some advanced programming knowledge and you may need to hire a programmer to achieve your requirement.

    Update:

I have just started to use a new widget from uploadcare. "File Uploader by Uploadcare" is OUTSTANDING.  It has resolved many of the issues I had been experiencing.  Well worth investigating if you have requirements to upload files or process images.

Congratulations to the developers at uploadcare.

Your feature request is also forwarded to our developers. When there are any news regarding your initial feature request for developing such a widget in-house, we will let you know through this thread. Cheers!
