Is there a simple way for the payment feature to automatically tally all of the drop down menu choices the client has made?

    Thank you.

As I can understand, you want to get a total of all the quantities a user selects in your form.

Unfortunately, this does not seem to be possible to do while you're using your payment integration to sell products, what you would need to do is to set up your products, including the quantity field, with basic fields, check boxes and drop downs, then calculate the total amount as well as the total quantity your user has selected.

Here are some guides that will help you to understand how to assign calculation values to options in a field and how to perform calculation in your form:

This guide will also help you to pass the result of the form calculation widget to the payment field: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

And you will also need to change your current payment integration to "User Defined Amount" so you can capture the calculated result from the widget.

Here is my testing form where I have applied this change so you can take a look: https://www.jotformpro.com/form/62927241928968

Here is also a screenshot about how it works:

If you want we could also escalate this thread to our second level as a feature request, so this can be done while selling products as well, please do note that features take some time to be available; however, we will be glad to forward this to the second level.

    Hope this helps.
