    Cant change to new email address in Autresponder

    Hi I am trying to change the Email Advanced Autoresponder from noreply@jotform to a new address and it will not accept a new one, there is another email address in there but I dont want to use that one with this form. The name of the form is Website Development and Questionaire. Can you help me please

    Are you referring to the Sender Email? To my understanding, you already have SMTP/Custom Sender Email added in your account and you want to add another one, is that correct?

    Are you trying to add another SMTP/Custom Sender Email and you're having issues doing so?



    I have checked your form and I see that you are already using one of your custom sender emails.

    Hi Mike thanks for your answer Step 4 on both those links was where I was stuck, I could not select "Add new Email Address". After much research I solved the problem by going to Settings in my Account section and adding a new email address under Sender Email. After that I could select the email address in the Advanced Autoresponder Sender Email section.
